Ja Rule is an excellent American rapper, singer and actor, known for hit singles such as Between Me and You and Always on Time.

Ja Rule has an array of tattoos on his body, mainly on his chest, arms and back, including the phrase "Hit Man" with a target on his chest, along with the phrase "Pain is Love" and another section of script.

The rapper also has a large back piece tattoo which contains two angel wings, a halo and two large flaming crosses.
